<p>An adjustable system of boards and screens is used to reduce the horizontal and vertical suction surface area in an open spray booth. The box opening is preferably adapted to the size of the object being painted. The horizontal velocity of the air flow in the box opening is preferably altered using an adjustable throttle mounted in the suction outlet channel or by varying the suction fan speed.</p> |
