A magnetic refrigerator is provided to form two cycles for heat transfer fluids by separating to high temperature heat exchange circulation parts and low temperature heat exchange circulation parts and carry out heat exchange through a single magnetic heat exchange unit by using solenoid valves, thereby simplifying structure of the magnetic refrigeration cycle. A magnetic refrigerator includes a magnetic heat exchange unit having magnetocaloric materials for passing heat transfer fluids, a magnetic element(140) for applying magnetic fields to the magnetic heat exchange unit or eliminating the magnetic fields, and high and low temperature heat exchange circulation parts. A first solenoid valve(120a) is connected to a branch point among an inlet of the magnetic heat exchange unit, and outlets of the high and low temperature heat exchange circulation elements. A second solenoid valve(120b) is connected to a branch point among an outlet of the magnetic heat exchange unit, and inlets of the high and low temperature heat exchange circulation elements.
