A mobile communication terminal with an agent for remote agency operation and a remote agency operation method of the mobile communication terminal using the agent are provided to automatically operate a necessary function or to change setup of the function by a remote operating terminal, once the necessary function is required after the terminal is connected to an external operator, thereby easily using the terminal. An input unit(210) has various keys for operating a mobile communication terminal. A memory unit(220) has an agent program(221). The agent program(221) consists of an agency operation request module for automatically conducting a transmission function to a telephone number of an operator once a particular key for requesting remote agency operation is inputted, and an agency operation performance module for automatically operating a particular function of the terminal according to particular control information once the control information is transmitted from a remote operating terminal by an agency operation command of the operator who responds to the transmission function. A microprocessor(230) executes the agent program(221). A wireless communication unit(240) performs wireless mobile communication with the remote operating terminal and an MSC(Mobile Switching Center).
