A slide hinge is provided to reduce an internal space between an existing fixed body and a slide body without reducing the thickness of the slide body and the fixed body, thereby preventing entire product from getting thicker. A fixed body(300) is equipped with a concave-shaped operation space unit(300a) on a front side of an upper part. A slide body(400) is installed via a straight reciprocating guide unit to straightly reciprocate on the fixed body(300) in an upper part of the space unit(300a). At least more than one spring member(500) has a certain diameter as well as a certain curvature diameter in certain length, and is disposed within the space unit(300a) between the fixed body(300) and the slide body(400), and wherein one section is elastically supported on the fixed body(300) within the space unit(300a) while the other section is elastically supported on the slide body(400) to elastically push the slide body(400) to one end from the other end or to the other end from the one end of the fixed body(300).
