An air cooling type plastic recycling method is provided to prevent hydrolysis and discoloration of the plastic by slowly cooling down the plastic extruded material by the air blown by a blower fan. The air cooling type plastic recycling method comprises the steps of: feeding the waste plastic particles to a supply unit(10); melting the waste plastic particles inserted from the supply unit by a heater(24) and transferring the melted plastic by a screw(22); extruding the melted plastic long through an extruding hole of an extrusion die(30); cooling down the plastic extruded material(5) by blowing the air by a blower fan(46) of a cooling unit(40); and crushing the plastic extruded material into small particles by a cutter of a crushing unit(50). In a transfer step, plural plastic extruded materials pass through a gap between plural guides separately formed across the plastic extruded material and erectly installed at a rear transfer line of the cooling unit, with keeping a gap. In a transfer step, the plastic extruded materials are placed in each guide groove of a guide roller(70) disposed at the input side of the crushing unit across the transfer direction of the plastic extruded material and transferred one by one. |
