A method for manufacturing a high strength steel sheet having superior workability without deteriorating plating property is provided. A method for manufacturing a high strength hot dip galvanized steel sheet having superior workability and plating property comprises: heating a steel sheet having a composition comprising, by weight percent, 0.01 to 0.20% of C, 0.3% or less of Si, 1.46 to 3.0% of Mn, 0.10% or less of P, 0.05% or less of S, 0.10% or less of Al, 0.010% or less of N, 0.045 to 0.12% of Mo and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities to a temperature of 750 deg.C or more in a continuous annealing furnace; cooling the heated steel sheet to a temperature of Ms(martensite transformation temperature) to 250 deg.C; and hot dip galvanizing the cooled steel sheet. |
