A powder filling apparatus for a tube assembly is provided to precisely fill the powder into a tube body with maintaining a position relation between a shaft and the tube body. A powder filling apparatus for a tube assembly includes a tube body(1), a shaft(3), a tube assembly, a clamping unit(20), a powder supply device(30), and a high frequency vibrator(40). The tube body forms a filling space in which one side is closed. The shaft is inserted into the tube body. The tube assembly includes the tube body and the shaft. The clamping unit clamps the tube body and the shaft such that the tube body and the shaft are freely moved in a vertical direction with maintaining the filling space. The powder supply device supplies predetermined powder into the filling space. The high frequency vibrator applies vertical vibrations to the tube assembly such that the powder is uniformly filled into the tube assembly.
