FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, enzymes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the fungus strain Penicillium canescens VKPM F-912 no containing genes encoding endoglucanases that is a producer of endo-(1-4)-beta-xylanase.
