FIELD: food-processing industry; devices for separation of the fat-containing emulsions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device for separation of the fat-containing emulsions, in particular, to separation of the liquids according to their density, for example, at increasing or decreasing the concentration of the fat-containing mixtures and may be used in the food-processing industry, and also at purification of the cleansing water. The device contains the bosh, the upper and lower pairs of the squeeze rolls on which the resilient porous strap is arranged. The device upper transporting roll is made out of the non-magnetic material and it is hollow and perforated. On the shaft of the upper squeeze roll on both sides from it there are two solenoid coils mounted with the possibility to connect their similar poles to each other and to vary the value of the running through them electric current. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased effectiveness of separation of the phases. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness of separation of the phases. ^ 2 dwg |
