A pillow having washable pillow core and able to adjust height of head and cervical vertebrae is provided to allow easy washing of pillow core, to prevent deformation of pillow core, to facilitate adjusting of head and cervical vertebrae by using assistant core material, and to allow good airing and cushioning in the pillow. The pillow having washable pillow core and able to adjust height of head and cervical vertebrae comprises: a pillow inner cover(10) having an entrance for pillow core(11); a pillow outer cover(20) having an entrance for the pillow inner cover(10); a cervical support pocket(100); a large sheet type pillow core(200) inserted into the pillow inner cover(10); and a small sheet type assistant core(300) for adjusting the height of head, which is inserted into the cervical support pocket(100). |
