A green tire handling device is provided to preheat a green tire during transfer in order to reduce a vulcanizing response time during an automated tire manufacturing process. A green tire handling device comprises a preheat device(30), a bladder(60), and a molding medium supply pipe(70). The preheat device is attached in the green tire handling device. The bladder is installed to prevent deformation of the green tire. The molding medium supply pipe supplies a molding medium into the bladder. The preheat device is any one selected from an induction heater, a steam injector, and a steam heat exchange pipe. The green tire handling device further comprises a rotary plate(50) for rotating the green tire to uniformly preheat the green tire. The preheat device is installed at a surface of a sidewall of a casing(10). |
