The device has a case with inner walls (2i, 3i) defining an internal space, in closing position of the case, which houses an active product (4) e.g. repellent. The product is placed centrally inside the case by being positioned in the major part of the walls of the case. The product is maintained at distance and out of contact from the walls by support rods. Display units (33) permit to observe the consumption of the product. The case has fastening units (5) e.g. scratch type strap, to attach the device to a garment or a support e.g. backpack.
