The rod (10) has two ends (12) for mounting the rod and a longitudinal central body (14) which is extended between the ends of the rod. Drop stopping elements (20) are arranged on the body and are made in a manner to avoid the flow of water along a lower longitudinal edge (18i) of each blade (18). The body has two lateral blades each carrying a pin (24) and a notch. The elements have transversal and vertical grooves associated to transversal and vertical bosses, respectively.
