A balcony railing structure with multi functions for an apartment house is provided to prevent the inner frame of the living room from being rapidly flowed to the balcony railing and secure the evacuation time by mounting the water injection device coupling frame and the extinguisher coupling frames. A balcony railing structure with multi functions for an apartment house comprises a water injection device coupling frame(30); and plural extinguisher coupling frames(20). The water injection device coupling frame is placed in the railing square frame, formed with a coupling spring(35) fixed at the fixing hook, and connected with the hose connecting device to push a piston(32) to a water container(33) connected to the pipe connecting device by a hydraulic jack(31) and to inject the water to the living room through upper injection nozzles(34). The plural extinguisher coupling frames are formed with a coupling spring(25) fixed at the fixing hook and connected to the lower hose connecting device to push a piston(22) to an extinguishant container(23) by a hydraulic jack(21) to inject the inner extinguishing powder to the living room through a discharge port(24). |
