A sandy soil injection device and a method for controlling the same are provided to improve working convenience by automatically controlling injected amount of sandy soil by air pressure, and visually checking the operations through a dedicated control box. A sandy soil injection device is adopted in a sandy soil supply system having a hopper supplying reinforced soil and a measurer uniformly distributing the reinforced soil through a conveyer. The sandy soil injection device comprises a control unit(13), an upper tank(20), an automatic opening and closing unit(36), a lower tank(30), and a compressor(40). The control unit includes an upper air inlet(10) and an upper air valve(22). The upper tank connected to a lower part of the control unit, has an upper door(23) and forms sandy soil by mixing the supplied reinforced soil with water. The automatic opening and closing unit has a lower air inlet(31) and a lower air valve(32). The lower tank has a lower door and remixes the sandy soil and discharges the sandy soil to the outside. The compressor supplied predetermined air pressure to the control unit and the automatic opening and closing unit. A method for controlling the injection device comprises a grinding step, a first transfer step, a measure step, a second transfer step, a water supply step, a pressure control step, a material transfer step, and a prepare step. |
