The valve has a housing delimiting a fluid circulation chamber with two fluid inlets at two temperatures, respectively. The chamber has two fluid outlets through which fluid communicates with the inlets. A thermostat-controlled assembly (24) controls fluid circulation through the chamber for allowing the fluid to pass through the chamber when the values of the temperatures are less than two threshold values, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a cooling circuit comprising a regulation valve.
