An immobilized phase biosensor for receiving a signal emitted by bioelements and to convert the received signal into electrical signal by transduction unit, comprising a case and a removable immobilization support (16) of bioelements (18). The signal emitted by bioelements is converted into electrical signal, when the support is assembled on the case to isolate the bioelements and the transduction unit. The support: is fixed on a frame (30) of plug-in card in a slit of a case by thermal adhesive; is transparent to the signal; and extends vertically.
