A tire molding drum device is provided to prevent wrinkles generated due to bending and stretching of a bead part by holding the inside of the bead part while turning up. The tire molding drum device is composed of a green case support(110) for supporting a bead part from the inside of a green case(300) and a cylinder(130) for guiding a reciprocating motion of the green case support. The green case is turned up by turning up the green case support by operating the cylinder when the green case is positioned at the upper part of a drum(100). A support guide(120) is disposed between the green case support and the cylinder to prop up the green case support. The cylinder reciprocates the support guide.
