发明名称 MEASURING METHOD OF RICE QUALITY USING BULK DENSITY
摘要 A measuring method of rice quality by using bulk density is provided to obtain accurate milling(brown) ratio and improve rapidness and accuracy of measurement by using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. The measuring method of rice quality by using bulk density comprises the steps of: obtaining the near infrared spectrum from a rice sample to be measured; preparing a measuring equation from correlation between the near infrared spectrum and milling(brown) ratio in the rice sample to be measured; obtaining the near infrared spectrum from a unknown rice sample to be measured; applying the analysis results of the near infrared spectrum into the measuring equation so as to calculate the milling(brown) ratio in the rice sample; and comparing the obtained milling(brown) ratio in the rice sample with the measurement standard table previously made on the basis of the bulk density of the rice sample, wherein the measuring equation is selected from the equations capable of minimizing inspection error and standard error.
