LINEN POLYESTER YARN HAVING SUPERIOR ELASTIC PROPERTY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A linen polyester yarn having excellent flexibility and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a latent winding fiber with a single thread type partially aligned and to melt and twist the latent winding fiber. A latent winding fiber partially aligned is loaded at a loading creel(1) and then melted and drawn through the first heat fixation heater(6) between the first supply roller(5) and the second supply roller(9). Through the above process, the melting reaction between filaments is generated so that the melting portion and non-melting portion are formed. When melting at the temperature of below 190 degrees in centigrade, the filaments are smoothly not melted. The melting operation is performed preferably at the temperature between 190 and 245 degrees in centigrade.
