COMPOSITION COMPRISING OKADAIC ACID FOR UNDIFFERENTIATED PROLIFERATION OF EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS

摘要

A medium composition for inducing undifferentiated proliferation of embryonic stem cells comprising okadaic acid is provided to avoid virus infection or animal infection in the undifferentiated proliferation of human embryonic stem cells. The medium composition for inducing undifferentiated proliferation of embryonic stem cells comprises 0.5-1.5 nM of okadaic acid in the absence of a feeder cell, wherein the medium composition contains bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor); and the embryonic stem cell is derived from human. The undifferentiated proliferation of embryonic stem cells is induced by culturing embryonic stem cells in the medium composition containing 0.5-1.5 nM of okadaic acid in the absence of a feeder cell.
