<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of reducing reader registration work of an administrator in response to increase of the readers in a future information system utilizing IC tags. <P>SOLUTION: A retrieval request terminal 1 comprises a service request transfer part for transferring a service request with additional information to an information management apparatus 4 for each reader 2.
