<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means with which acquisition of a pattern of a product requiring the pattern is facilitated at any time anywhere and a request of a new pattern is responded at any time anywhere using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: Input contract/application format 11 in which pieces of data such as a desired plan 21, an address 22, a name 23, a telephone number 24, the date of birth 25, an e-mail address 26 and information are described is downloaded to the respective terminals by accessing a WEB site 10 from the respective terminals (T10, T20, T30) based on URL information of the WEB site, calling a document request form 20 on screens and inputting password in the document request form 20 by customers (M1, M2, M3), the customers (M1, M2, M3) print out the input contract/application format 11 with printers (P10, P20, P30), sign names, seal it and mail to an office to terminate procedures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
