METHOD FOR ASSAYING mRNA OF DRUG TRANSPORTER IN HUMAN AND PROBE AND KIT THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new assaying technique for fractionating and determining an mRNA encoding a drug transporter in a human and to provide a primer pair and a probe therefor.

SOLUTION: The probe is used for assaying the mRNA encoding the drug transporter in the human and is composed of an oligonucleotide hybridizing with a specific region of a gene. An assay kit for the mRNA encoding the drug transporter in the human is selected from a combination of the probe and the primer pair of a forward primer and a reverse primer composed of the oligonucleotide hybridizing with the specific region of the gene. A method for assaying the mRNA encoding the drug transporter in the human comprises using the assay kit.
