PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of measuring view quality reflected with sensitivity of a viewer. SOLUTION: Viewer information can be measured by carrying out following steps of: (1) acquiring an image of a viewer viewing a terminal; (2) acquiring emotion data indicating emotions of the viewer based on the image of the viewer; (3) acquiring interest data indicating an interest area on a display screen of the terminal, for the viewer, based on the image of said viewer; and (4) generating the viewer information by merging information of contents displayed on the terminal in addition to the emotion data and the interest data.
