<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent damage to buried objects even if a cutter blade enters a gap between adjacent end edges of the buried objects by making the cutter blade early act on the end edges. <P>SOLUTION: A buried object protecting plate is formed of ceramic.
