PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed primary cell capable of suppressing damages to an equipment or the like due to leakage to a minimum by early finding it simply and surely, when there is leakage in one equipped with an anti-leak structure suffers due to inappropriate preservation or usage.
