PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric acoustic converter which simultaneously has the effects of vibration absorption, high frequency noise absorption, reduction of the number of components and heat transfer prevention. SOLUTION: The electric acoustic converter has a conductive capsule provided with an opening that is opened to conduct an inside electric circuit to the outside, terminals which project from the opening to the outside, and a joggling part which is one part of the capsule in the side of the opening and has a space between structure parts inside the capsule. The joggling part and the terminals are arranged so that the joggling part and all of the terminals can be directly soldered to a mounting board. The joggling part may be outriggered to the terminal side so as to narrow the opening.
