PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device capable of achieving reduction of noise and improvement of surging bearing force by improving suction efficiency of a centrifugal air blower in a fan side suction port. SOLUTION: The air blowing device 20 is provided with a body box 4 having a body suction port 2 on one side surface and a body exhaust port 3 on any of side surfaces, the centrifugal air blower 10 having a side surface perpendicular to the one side surface and arranged so that a motor side suction port 7 and a fan side suction port 6 face to each other, and a straightening means (straightening plate 9) disposed in a first air duct 11 communicating with the fan side suction port 6 from the body suction port 2. Reduction of noise and improvement of surging bearing force can be achieved by improvement of suction efficiency of the centrifugal air blower 10 in the fan side suction port 6.
