PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control circuit capable of operating a semiconductor storage device at high speed even when a low source voltage is supplied. SOLUTION: The display control circuit 3 comprises a storage device 36 which temporarily stores image data to be displayed on a display device, a display control circuit (38 etc.) for controlling the operation of the whole display controller, etc., and to the storage device, a voltage higher than the source voltage supplied from outside to operate the control circuit is supplied.
