PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film having excellent stain resistance, transparency, weather resistance and frost damage resistance, and a coated product having the coated film. SOLUTION: The coated film 10 comprising a copolymer 11 and silica particles 12 has≥30 nm thickness of a silica particle layer formed on the most surface layer of the coated film 10. Preferably, the coated film contains 0.5-20 pts.mass of the silica particles based on 100 pts.mass of the copolymer, and the average particle diameter of the silica particles is 1-60 nm. The copolymer preferably contains 0.1-20 mass% of a unit derived from a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing radically polymerizable monomer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
