PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet guide free of generating a destruction or failure even if a sheet feeding plate rises complying with the decrease of the sheets to cause the top of the guide to abut on a member arranged over the sheet feeding plate and provide a sheet feeding device equipped with this sheet guide. SOLUTION: A guide part having an abutting surface to abut to the side edge of a bundle of sheets is arranged rotatable with respect to a mounting part to be mounted on the sheet feeding plate while the condition is held unchangedly that the abutting surface is abutting to the side edge of the sheet bundle. When the guide member contacts with the member arranged over the sheet feeding plate, the guide part turns while the abutting surface is abutting to the side edge of the bundle as it has been, so that there is no risk of generating a destruction or failure, and also the aligned condition of the bundle is maintained.
