WELDING WIRE STORAGE VESSEL, AND WELDING WIRE STORED IN VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding wire storage vessel, and a welding wire stored in the vessel in which the welding wire can be smoothly uncoiled to the lowest layer without causing any twisting and entangling. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 5 is fixed by caulking the lower end of an outer cylinder 1, and an inner cylinder 6 is fixed on the bottom plate 5. A welding wire coil 10 is stored on the bottom plate between the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 6. A holding tool 2 is placed on the coil. The holding tool 2 has a shape in which a flat plate part 3 on a ring on the welding wire and a gate part 4 erecting outwardly from its outer edge on the entire circumference of the flat plate part 3 are integrally formed with an olefin resin. The first part 4a of the gate part 4 has size in which a lower portion thereof is fitted in a caulked portion 1a. The outer circumference of the coil 10 is held by a string 7 and a string restraint tool 9 so as not to be projected from the holding tool 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
