PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of requiring no working space at a site to shorten working hours when a portal frame is constructed and facilitating the combination of the other member for a connecting section. SOLUTION: A central pipe 22 is inserted in a through-hole 52 to insert a buried shaft 11 in a round hole 51 formed in the end face of a large beam L, and after the side of a column H is made to come into contact with the end face of the large beam L through a plate 17, the column H is connected to the large beam L by combining the buried shaft 11 and the central pipe 22 with a connecting rod 28, and a metal fitting 34 is fixed to the side of the column H by a bolt 39 screwing to a female screw 32 of the connecting bar 28 to connect the column H to a small beam S therethrough. After the column H is erected, the large beam L can be connected, and the conventional working space is eliminated. Since an interlocking piece 18 of the plate 17 is used to enable the large beam L to temporarily set, working hours can be shortened, and in addition, since the connecting rod 28 is used for the connection of the small beam S, the decrease of a sectional area of the column H by working of a mortise or the like can be kept in the minimum.
