PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation parting installing structure capable of improving an appearance, and capable of securing waterproofness by constructing a foundation parting in a beautiful straight line shape in a plan view by preventing generation of a step height between the foundation partings juxtaposed along a foundation and flapping of the foundation parting. SOLUTION: This foundation parting installing structure is formed by erecting an outer wall 1 on the foundation 2 via a sill metallic material 12. A parting backing material 15 is fixed to an upper end part of the foundation 2. The foundation parting 16 covering a part between the foundation 2 and the outer wall 1 from the outdoor side with the parting backing material 15, is supported between an upper end part of the foundation parting 16 and a lower end part of the outer wall 1 without contacting with the outer wall 1 so that clearance S1 is formed. A caulking material 31b is filled in the clearance S1 formed between the upper end of the foundation parting 16 and the lower end part of the outer wall 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
