PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof part construction method capable of remarkably improving the workability of the whole building, a particularly, a roof part. SOLUTION: A ceiling frame 3 is formed in an upper part of a plurality of wall parts 2, and afterwards, a roof frame 4 is formed in an upper part of this ceiling frame 3. When installing a rafter member 5 between these ceiling frame 3 and roof frame 4, a plurality of guide members 6 are installed on an upper surface of the plurality of wall parts 2 at an interval for fitting an end part of ceiling beam members 3a and 3b and ceiling floor joist members 3c, 3d and 3e. A rafter guide part 7 for fitting an upper end part of a plurality of rafter members 5 is formed on left-right side surfaces of a roof frame material 4A for arranging the rafter members 5, and the rafter members 5 are arranged between the ceiling frame 3 and the roof frame 4. The upper end part of the rafter members 5 is fitted in the rafter guide part 7, and a lower end part is fixed along the ceiling floor joist members 3c, 3d and 3e. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
