PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which is excellent in the sense of transparency and an cubic effect, and where a pattern with a depth appears on a surface. SOLUTION: This decorative panel is manufactured through the following steps: a clear resin layer 1, in which a recessed pattern is formed, is obtained by applying a transparent resin for a gel coat to a protrusive mold and curing it; a transparent colored and patterned layer 2 is formed by applying a colored transparent resin, to which a pattern forming material is added, to the recessed pattern of the layer 1 in such a manner that the recessed pattern is filled with the colored transparent resin; an opaque colored and patterned layer 3 is formed by uniformly applying an opaque colored resin to which the pattern forming material is added; and a multicolor resin layer 4 is laminated.
