PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom wall panel for easily changing a color of a wall panel even after constructing a bathroom. SOLUTION: A panel is formed by sandwiching a surface emitter between two cover members 2 and 3. In this bathroom wall panel A, the two cover members 2 and 3 and the surface emitter are respectively laminated via an adhesive, and at least one of the cover members is formed of a transparent member.
