<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise of a motor and to thin the motor by means of a magnetic bias means. <P>SOLUTION: A thrust board 10 which thrusts/supports a lower end face of a rotation shaft 7 is constituted at a base of a bearing housing 12a. The rotation shaft 7 abuts on the thrust board 10, and abrasion due to sliding is prevented. Thus, the board is formed of a material having abrasion resistance. A suction magnet 9 sucking the rotation shaft 7 formed of a magnetic material by magnetic suction force is arranged at a lower part of the thrust board 10 as a magnetic suction means. A lower end and a radial outer periphery of the suction magnet 9 are surrounded by a bottomed cylindrical tip holder 11. The tip holder 11 is formed of a sintering metal member of a magnetic substance.
