<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-lifetime organic photoelectric conversion sensor substrate that is used in a wide range of products, such as a facsimile, a scanner, and a digital camera, is built into an information reader for converting each kind of information, such as characters and figures, to electric information by using light for utilization, dispenses with a complex alignment between the organic photoelectric conversion section and a light source for each device and has improved productivity, is compact, light, and reliable, and further has improved power-saving properties. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion sensor substrate 1 comprises a substrate 2; an organic photoelectric conversion section 4 arranged or formed on the substrate 2 and a drive circuit section 3 that is manufactured at least by an inorganic compound and reads a signal from the organic photoelectric conversion section 4; and a light source 5 that is arranged on the same substrate 2 and has a light-emitting diode for applying light to the organic photoelectric conversion section 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
