<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical catheter tube having kink resistance, pressure resistance, push-in property and a stiffness gradient, and its manufacturing method, and to provide particularly a medical catheter tube which exhibits excellent X-ray visibility as a whole, has high flexibility simultaneously and is high in the slidability of a guide wire passing through the inside of an inner layer tube in use, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The medical catheter tube comprises: the inner layer tube; a reinforcing material layer arranged on the inner layer tube; and an outer layer covering the reinforcing material layer.
