<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen magnifying lens for magnifying an object displayed in a screen. <P>SOLUTION: The screen magnifying lens 10 is arranged with a predetermined distance apart in front of the screen 22 provided on a notebook computer 20 or the like. A Fresnel lens in which a groove is cut in a round or straight line is used for the screen magnifying lens 10. When the Fresnel lens in which the groove is cut in the round line is used, a center is arranged so as to coincide with a middle of a horizontal direction of a lower part of the screen 22.
