<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door control device which resolves an incomplete closure of a door in an early stage when the driver or the passenger notices the incomplete closure, and to provide a vehicle door control method. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle door control device is formed of: a door detecting means 13 for detecting an opening/closing state of the vehicle door 20 inclusive of the incomplete closure; a vehicle speed detecting means 14 for detecting a vehicle speed; an operation commanding means 11 for commanding opening of the vehicle door 20 by operation of the passenger; a door opening means 15 for opening the vehicle door 20 upon reception of an operation command from the operation commanding means 11; and an opening control means 10 for allowing the vehicle door 20 to be opened by the door opening means 15 or inhibiting the door 20 from being opened, based on the opening/closing state of the vehicle door 20 detected by the door detecting means 13, and the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detecting means 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
