<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission circuit which can be reduced in size and cost by removing a band pass filter, and a radio transmitter employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The radio transmitter has a radio transmission circuit provided with step recovery diode circuits 91, 92 each provided with a step recovery diode SRD, and each generating modulation signals S31, S32 having a high-frequency signal component generated therein on the basis of an input pulse signal; a modulation circuit 6 for outputting a pulse signal to the diode circuits 91, 92 in response to a logic value in each bit in transmission data, and causing the diode circuits 91, 92 to generate the modulation signals S31, S32; a differential output 10 for calculating a difference between the modulation signals S31, S32 to generate a difference signal; and a delay 11 provided on a signal path from the modulation circuit 6 to the differential output 10 and delaying the modulation signal S32 by only a predetermined delay time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
