<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit wiring board capable of preventing generation of a whisker. <P>SOLUTION: In this printed circuit wiring board, a conductor used for a connection part of a flexible flat cable and containing copper and tin has: a first area containing copper as a main constituent; and a second area formed on the first area, containing tin and copper as main constituents with at least a part of its surface area formed of a tin-copper alloy, and a contacting part of a contact part brought into contact with the connection part is a roll surface formed by bending a flat surface of a sheet metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
