PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, an acoustic signal adjusting device, and an acoustic signal adjustment method that combine analog-like acoustic signal adjustment with digital-like one for adjusting the sound volume of an acoustic input signal, and especially reduce noise generated in switching between analog and digital signals. SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment, the acoustic signal adjusting device, and the acoustic signal adjustment method, gain switching devices 15A, 15B, such as an analog amplifier, are combined with digital gain adjusting devices 19A, 19B, and two different lines of signals are switched alternately for adjusting the volume level of the acoustic signal.
