PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference occurring between a transmitting/receiving antenna and wiring. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device is equipped with a first level layer, a transmitting antenna 11 which is provided on the first level layer, extending in a first direction, a receiving antenna 12 which is provided on the first level layer, extending in the first direction, and two or more of first wiring 15 which are provided on the first level layer, extending in a second direction that makes an angle of 45°to 90°with the first direction.
