PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold an emitter (11) and a collector (12) in a thermoelectronic power generating element (10) which is equipped with the emitter (11) for emitting thermoelectrons and the collector (12) for collecting the thermoelectrons. SOLUTION: The interval between the emitter (11) and the collector (12) is kept by putting fibrous members (20), where the technique of producing the fibrous members of ultra fine and equal diameters is established, between the emitter (11) and the collector (12). The fibrous members (20) are arranged to be along each surface by being caught by the emitter (11) and the collector (12), and therefore the interval between the emitter (11) and the collector (12) is surely stipulated by the thickness of the fibrous member (20).
