PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assignment control program and an apparatus for efficiently assigning the re-called terminations to the same operator while effectively preventing reduction in the working efficiency of the operator. SOLUTION: A computer for assigning terminations from an originator terminal 10 to a plurality of operator terminals 21 is registered through correspondence between the originator terminal 10 and the operator terminal 21 on the basis of a registration request from the operator terminal 21. When the originator terminal 10 is registered to a priority assignment registration table when a call is terminated, priority assignment is conducted to assign the termination to the operator terminal 21 corresponding to the originator terminal 10. When the originator terminal 10 is not registered to the priority assignment registration table, ordinary assignment is conducted to assign the termination to the other operator terminal 21.
