PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device and adjustment method thereof in which the state of attaching a strap to a housing in a terminal can be easily changed. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 20 comprises a housing 10, a strap 7 and a holding member 1. The housing 10 includes a housing side strap attaching part 11 for connecting the strap 7 to the housing 10 and a holding member attaching part 12, displaced away from the housing side strap attaching part 11, for connecting the holding member 1 to the housing 10. The strap 7 includes a strap side housing attaching part 8 for connecting to the housing side strap attaching part 11 of the housing 10, and a main body part 9 connecting to the strap side housing attaching part 8. The holding member 1 includes a holding member side housing attaching part 2 connecting to the holding member attaching part 12 of the housing 10, and a holding member side strap attaching part 3 for connecting the main body part 9 of the strap 7 to the holding member 1.
